What is THCA?

How do you approach quality and handling?

Quality is evaluated through sourcing, handling, documentation, and review. Products are handled directly and assessed before being offered, with consistent standards applied across all categories.

Do you review products before listing them?

Yes. Products are reviewed directly prior to listing. Images, descriptions, and documentation reflect products we have handled as part of our internal process.

Are your products legal?

Our products are hemp-derived and supported by third-party laboratory testing confirming compliance with applicable federal guidelines, including less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry weight basis. Laws and regulations vary by location, and customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local and state laws.

Are your products evaluated by the FDA?

These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Is there an age requirement to purchase?

Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website or purchase products.

What payment methods to you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

Due to evolving state regulations, Bliss Family Farms does not currently ship to Idaho, Arkansas, or Louisiana. We continuously monitor legal updates and may adjust availability as laws change.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders ship exclusively via UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so a valid physical address is required.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by UPS, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes. Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with no indication of product contents and are packed using clean, protective materials.

What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows “Delivered,” please check with household members, neighbors, or your local UPS facility. Once a package is accepted and scanned by UPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Orders exceeding $250 may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. This policy helps protect both customers and Bliss Family Farms from unauthorized transactions.


Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped, except in cases of verified damage, fulfillment error, or where required by law.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

Where can I find product testing information?

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and may be available on product pages or through our COA lookup resources.

How do you ensure COAs match the products being sold?

COAs are reviewed to ensure they correspond to the specific batch being offered. Testing dates and relevance are evaluated before documentation is published.

Are your product photos and descriptions original?

Yes. All product photography and descriptions are created by us and are intended to reflect the actual products being offered. Accurate representation is part of our standards.

How fresh are your products?

We prioritize small-batch offerings and review inventory before release. Timing and handling are considered as part of our quality evaluation.
