Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have another fulfillment issue, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

We aim to respond within one business day. Resolutions are reviewed individually and may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time may be eligible for same-day processing, but same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the stated processing period, we will contact you with available options.

Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly, with no external indication of the package contents.

Protective materials are used to help products arrive safely and in keeping with our quality standards.

Carrier & Delivery

All orders ship through UPS.

UPS transit dates and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Bliss Family Farms.

A complete, valid physical address is required. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order.

Free UPS Ground shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $125 or more before tax.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after a shipping label has been created.

A "Label Created" status means the shipment information has been sent to UPS. Tracking will update after UPS receives and scans the package into its network.

Please allow time for the initial carrier scan to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Bliss Family Farms is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. When appropriate, an eligible refund or store credit may be issued minus shipping costs and carrier fees.

Shipping Insurance & Signature

Shipping insurance is included on orders totaling more than $250.

A signature is also required for orders totaling more than $250.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an eligible adult is available to receive a signature-required shipment.

Carrier Delays, Loss, Damage, or Theft

Once UPS has received a package, its movement and delivery are handled by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise affected while in transit, please contact us. We will review the shipment and assist with an eligible UPS claim when applicable.

Carrier investigations and claims may require additional time and documentation. Refunds, replacements, or credits are determined after reviewing the order, tracking information, delivery documentation, and claim eligibility.

A carrier delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

Delivered but Not Received

If UPS marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any location shown in the UPS delivery information.

Contact us promptly if the package remains missing. We will review the available tracking and delivery documentation and assist with the next appropriate step.

A delivered tracking status does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

When appropriate, an eligible refund or store credit may be issued minus original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and carrier-imposed fees.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter processing quickly and cannot always be changed or canceled after they are placed.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes to products, shipping addresses, or customer information cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after a package has been transferred to UPS.


Legal & Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable state and local laws concerning the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products before placing an order.

Shipping availability may change because of evolving laws, regulations, or carrier requirements. Bliss Family Farms reserves the right to restrict or cancel an order when shipment to the destination is unavailable or not permitted.

Bliss Family Farms does not currently ship to:

Idaho

Minnesota

Oregon

Rhode Island

Texas

Shipping restrictions may be updated as laws and policies evolve.


Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and informational purposes.

Available batch-specific COAs can be accessed from the corresponding product page or through our central Certificates of Analysis page.

A COA reflects the laboratory findings for the specific sample and batch tested. It does not guarantee carrier acceptance or establish legality in every jurisdiction.
