Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and include your order number and relevant details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on eligible shipping days may ship the same day. Orders placed outside of business hours, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly and with no external indication of product contents. Protective materials are used to ensure products arrive safely and in keeping with our quality standards.

Carrier & Delivery

All orders ship exclusively via UPS.

UPS delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

UPS requires a valid physical address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order.

Free UPS Ground shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $125 or more (before tax).

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded as store credit minus shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance & Signature

Shipping insurance is included on all orders.

A signature is required for orders totaling $250 or more.

Carrier Delays, Loss, or Theft

Once a package has been accepted by UPS, delivery and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. While we assist with carrier claims when applicable, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for carrier-related delays, loss, or theft.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded as store credit minus original shipping costs.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified once placed. This includes changes to items, shipping address, or customer information.


Legal & Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products prior to placing an order.

Due to evolving regulations and carrier policies, certain states may be restricted. Orders may be canceled if shipment is not permitted to the destination address.

Bliss Family Farms does not currently ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, or Rhode Island. Shipping availability may be updated as regulations evolve.


COA Availability

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and may be available on product pages or through our COA lookup resources.
