THCA’s November Problem
Jul 8th 2026
There’s been a lot of noise around hemp laws lately, and November has been on people’s minds.
Right now, THCA products exist under the current federal hemp framework. But beginning November 12, 2026, federal law is set to shift toward a stricter “total THC” standard, which means THCA may be treated differently than it is today.
That matters because THCA is the natural cannabinoid found in raw hemp before heat changes it. It is one of the reasons products like flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and snow caps have been able to exist in their current form.
It is also why the upcoming legal change could affect what products are available later this year.
We are watching it closely.
For now, Bliss Family Farms is continuing to operate carefully, batch by batch, with lab-tested products, posted COAs, discreet shipping, and the same small-format approach we started with.
We are not here to create panic. We are here to stay transparent.
If things change, we will adjust. If products need to leave the menu, they will. If the law is delayed, rewritten, or challenged before then, we will keep watching that too.
For now, the best thing customers can do is stay informed, shop intentionally, and enjoy what is currently available while the market still looks the way it does today.
